The SFX Library+ app allows you to quickly play copyright-free sound effects from a library directly on your device, or upload your own for easy access.

The upload feature was the core reason SFX Library+ exists as a separate product. Rather than bolt paid features onto the free app and fragment the experience, a standalone premium version kept the original accessible while giving power users a dedicated tool built around their workflow.
The offline access was also a deliberate monetization decision. The free version runs ads, which switch off without an internet connection — making offline a paid-only feature gives users a concrete reason to upgrade without paywalling the core experience.
SFX Library+ was my first paid app. Publishing it taught me how to think about premium positioning, feature segmentation, and structuring a free-to-paid conversion path without alienating the existing user base.
